Are the pieces sorted into numbered bags?
Yes! All iWonders sets come with numbered parts bags. Depending on the set, you may see labels like XX-1-1, XX-1-2, XX-3-1, or XX-3-2, or simply individual numbers. These labels help you find the right pieces for each step. Just follow the instructions and open all bags with the corresponding numbers as you build.
How do I properly apply the UV transfer stickers?
- Clean: Make sure the surface is clean and dry.
- Peel: Remove the backing paper.
- Apply: Position the sticker and press firmly.
- Rub: Rub evenly to secure the design.
- Remove: Slowly peel off the transparent transfer film.
- Please Note: UV transfer stickers are single-use and cannot be reused or repositioned once applied.
When will I get my order?
Shipping

Returns & Refunds
Not quite what you expected? You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, complete with all accessories, and in their original condition. Contact us at iwonders.online@gmail.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
